1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Khmer Work English, a Kroma Digital application for practical workplace English learning.
2. Data handling
The final data-handling behavior will depend on the released version. Before release, Kroma Digital will verify whether learning progress, preferences, quiz results, saved content, account information, or other usage data are stored only on-device or transmitted to external services.
3. Audio, microphone, and permissions
If the app uses audio playback, microphone input, speech recognition, notifications, media access, or other Android permissions, those permissions and their purposes will be documented here before release.
4. Third-party services
If the released app uses analytics, crash reporting, billing, advertising, speech services, cloud services, or other third-party SDKs, this policy will identify those services and explain their role.
5. Data retention and deletion
The final release policy will explain how learning-related data is retained and how users can delete local records or request deletion where applicable.
6. Children and learning users
The final policy will be reviewed against the intended audience and product design before release. If the app is directed to or knowingly used by children, any additional requirements will be addressed before publication.
7. Security
Kroma Digital will use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the final implementation and any personal or usage information processed by the app.
8. Changes
This pre-release policy may change during development. The version published at this URL when the app is released will reflect the final implementation.
