1. About Micro Expression Trainer
Micro Expression Trainer is an observation-training game developed by Kroma Digital.
The app uses fictional, app-provided facial-expression images to help users practice observing brief facial expressions.
Facial expressions alone cannot determine a person's actual emotions, intentions, or truthfulness. The app is intended for observation training and entertainment and is not a medical, psychological, biometric, or lie-detection tool.
2. Account and personal information
Micro Expression Trainer does not require users to create an account.
Kroma Digital does not require users to provide a name, email address, phone number, photograph, or other personal information to use the core training features.
3. Training data and app settings
Training information such as scores, progress, training history, adaptive-training information, and app settings may be stored locally on the user's device.
Kroma Digital does not operate a server that receives or stores this local training data.
Deleting the app or clearing its application data may remove locally stored training data and settings.
4. Camera, photos, facial data and biometric data
Micro Expression Trainer does not require camera access or access to the user's photo library for its core training features.
Users are not required to upload photographs or facial images.
The app does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or biometric authentication.
Facial-expression images included in the app are app-provided fictional training content.
5. Advertising and Google AdMob
Micro Expression Trainer displays advertisements using Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Google and its advertising services may automatically collect or process certain information for purposes such as providing advertisements, analytics, and fraud prevention. Depending on device settings and applicable consent choices, this information may include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
- Advertising ID and other device or app identifiers
- App and advertising interactions
- Diagnostic and performance information
This information is processed by Google according to Google's applicable privacy policies and advertising technologies.
Kroma Digital does not receive users' names, photographs, or facial biometric data through the app's advertising implementation.
6. Internet access
The app uses an internet connection to request and display advertisements.
The core facial-expression training content is provided by the application and does not require users to upload personal facial images.
7. Children's privacy
Micro Expression Trainer does not knowingly request children to submit personal information directly to Kroma Digital.
The app's Google Play target audience and advertising configuration are managed in accordance with applicable Google Play and Google advertising requirements.
