1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Seller Order KH, a Kroma Digital application designed to help sellers manage orders, customers, delivery addresses, payment status, and related business records.
2. Information entered into the app
Seller Order KH allows users to enter and manage information such as customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, product details, order amounts, payment status, order source, delivery notes, and other order-related notes.
This information is entered by the user for the purpose of managing their own business records.
3. How data is stored and processed
Seller Order KH stores its primary order, customer, address, and related business data locally on the user's device.
Kroma Digital does not operate a server that receives or stores the customer and order records entered into Seller Order KH.
The app does not require users to create an account or sign in to a Kroma Digital account.
4. CSV export, backup, and restore
Seller Order KH may allow users to export order data as a CSV file and create backup files containing app data.
Users choose where exported or backup files are saved using Android's file selection interface. Restore functionality allows users to select a previously created backup file and restore its contents into the app.
Kroma Digital does not automatically upload these export or backup files to a Kroma Digital server.
5. Analytics inside the app
Seller Order KH may provide business analytics such as order totals, sales summaries, order-status breakdowns, and order-source summaries.
These analytics are calculated from the data stored locally in the app. Seller Order KH does not currently use an external analytics SDK to send these business records to Kroma Digital.
6. Google Play Billing and Pro features
Seller Order KH may offer optional Pro features through Google Play Billing.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. Kroma Digital does not receive or store users' full payment card or banking details.
Google may process information related to purchases according to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
7. Permissions
Seller Order KH uses only permissions and platform services necessary for its implemented features.
File creation and file selection for CSV export, backup, and restore are handled through Android's system file picker where applicable.
The app uses Google Play Billing functionality for optional in-app purchases.
8. Third-party services
Seller Order KH currently uses Google Play services related to app distribution and Google Play Billing.
The app does not currently include third-party advertising, third-party behavioral analytics, or a Kroma Digital cloud storage service for customer and order records.
9. Data retention and deletion
Order, customer, address, and related business records remain stored locally until they are edited or deleted by the user, removed through app functionality, or removed when application data is cleared or the application is uninstalled, subject to the behavior of the user's Android device and any backups controlled by the user.
Exported CSV files and backup files are controlled by the user and must be deleted by the user from the location where they were saved.
10. Data security
Kroma Digital takes reasonable steps to design Seller Order KH so that business records remain under the user's control. However, no device, storage system, or software can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their device and any exported or backup files they create.
11. Children's privacy
Seller Order KH is intended as a business utility for sellers and is not designed specifically for children.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Kroma Digital may update this Privacy Policy when Seller Order KH is changed or when its data-handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
